Jobs(A) the production of construction machinery road rollers
Jiangyinhongli Engineering Machinery Co.,Ltd is China's Chang-Lin Construction Machinery Group member companies, we are responsible for producing 3y18/21, 3y21/25 three-drum static road roller, 16-ton vibratory roller roller machine and a part of spare parts, these products are polular in domestic and oversea market. Annual production of road roller is over 500 sets.
(B) the precision cold-rolled, cold drawn steel tube.
We have one LDE-180 cold-rolling mill , which produces various specifications of precision cold-rolled steel tube with outter diameter under Φ220mm.
We have one 150-ton hydraulic cold drawing machine, which produces various specifications of cold drawn steel with outter diameter under Φ180mm.
We are equiped with a group of supporting facilities to support our production. Including multi-roller straightening machine, hydralic precision straightening machine, outter wall polishing machine, inner wall polishing machine, honing machines, balancing machines, pipe cutting machine, chamfering machine, ultrasonic cleaning machines, pickling, phosphorization and saponification sysstem, and so on. This ensure that the cold-rolled, cold drawn steel pipe inside diameter tolerances, ovality, straightness, smoothness, cleanliness, to match the requirements from different users.
Our annual production of cold-rolled, cold drawn steel tube is over 5,000 tons.
(C) The equipment structural parts
We have CNC cutting machine, hydraulic press, lathe, boring machine and other structural parts manufacturing and fabrication mill, 20-ton overhead traveling crane. Contracting engineering mechanical parts processing, and production of aluminum foil rolling mill, slitting the auxiliary equipment and spare parts production, and mass flow rack folding aluminum foil, aluminum foil annealing furnace rack and so on. our annual production of structural parts is over 2,000 tons.
